Shipping, Handling and Sale Information
Most orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days, provided the items are in-stock. Order processing times stated on individual product pages supersedes any other estimated time found on this site. Processing times will vary for larger orders, PO Box shipments, Canadian orders, special orders and back ordered items. Please let us know if you have a deadline for receiving the order. Will make ever effort to meet stated deadlines.
Orders are not shipped on weekends when carriers do not pickup packages.
BeerBoot.com ships all our domestic orders using UPS Ground. This allows our customers to track their order from our door to theirs.
Sales are not completed and accepted until payment is received, processed and the order has shipped.
About UPS Expedited services (Next Day, Second Day, Three Day Select):
We provide these services but can NOT guarantee shipment on the same day for order items. We do make every attempt when possible to provide the requested service and ship the product on the same day or next business day when the order is placed. Keep in mind that when counting the days for delivery, the count starts the following day. Expedited services do not include weekend deliveries! Again, in terms of shipping, days are business days - weekends and holidays are not business days.

The actual shipping cost may vary depending on the size of the shipping carton. If the cost is more than the quoted amount, the customer will be notified and asked for approval of the additional cost prior to shipping.
UPS GROUND SHIPPING TIMES
Post Office Box Customers: UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. All orders with Post Office Box addresses will be sent via USPS ground regardless of the requested shipping option. Shipping to PO boxes may delay the processing time for your order.
Tracking Numbers: After the dispatch of the shipment through UPS, the customer shall be communicated by email an Internet tracking number, which can be tracked through www.ups.com. This number normally becomes operational within 24 hours of dispatch. After the number has become operational and has been provided to the buyer, the article shall be deemed to be delivered to the buyer.
Wrong Addresses: Wrong address supplied by the customer will be charged to the customer ($5.00). Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to applicable shipping and handling fees and will be charged to the customer in question.
Canadian Orders: BeerBoot.com is not responsible for any Canadian customs, duty, broker fees or any other charges imposed at the border. We can not estimate these charges. Please check with the Canadian Customs Office for information about importing items from the USA and the associated costs prior to ordering.
Returns: All purchases at BeerBoot.com may be returned up to 30 days of purchase for a full refund for the product(s) sold. Should you wish to make a return, please contact us so we can issue you a RMA number.
If you feel you received a damaged product or would like to return an item, please read the conditions of the following return policy:
1. If you receive a damaged product, you must request an RMA number Returns by e-mail before the product can be returned. Please ensure you include your full name, order number, telephone number, item in question and a complete description of the problem. Typically, within 1 to 2 business days after submitting the completed request you will be contacted via email with an RMA number and product return instructions.
2. Returned items must be complete without exception. When returning a product, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt.
3. BeerBoot.com will not pay the return shipping cost for non-fault returns. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us.
4. If the returned product is verified as being damaged, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible.
Special orders and orders exceeding $500 will be subject to a 15% restock fee.
